Our Payment Schedule
Step 1
50% Holding Deposit
This deposit confirms your project and secures your production slot in our Spanish manufacturing facility. It initiates design finalization and material procurement.
Step 2
30% Delivery Payment
Due two weeks prior to dispatch, this payment allows us to prepare logistics for transporting your Arboretum Haus modular Pod / ADU to your site.
Step 3
20% Completion Payment
Final payment is due upon successful installation and handover of your Arboretum Haus, ensuring all systems are complete and quality verified.
