Tiny Living — More life in Less Space

Why people choose Tiny Living?

Freedom to move
Your home can follow your life — new city, new job, new adventure.

Lower costs, less stress
Fewer bills, less maintenance, more money for experiences that matter.

Simple, organised living
Every square meter is designed with purpose. No clutter. No wasted space.

Closer to nature
Tiny homes fit where traditional housing cannot — by the forest, near the sea, or in quiet rural landscapes.

Sustainable by design
Smaller footprint means lower energy use and a lighter impact on the planet.

Tiny Living is not about giving something up
It is about gaining time, freedom, and control over your lifestyle — in a home that adapts to you, not the other way around.

Tiny Living is a new way of thinking about home.
It is about living lighter, smarter, and more freely — without giving up comfort, style, or quality.

Instead of being tied to one place, Tiny Living gives you mobility.
Instead of paying for unused space, it gives you only what you truly need — beautifully designed, fully functional, and easy to maintain.

Built for full sizing flexibility

Every Tiny Living home is built around a mobile platform — which means your space is no longer tied to one permanent place or one rigid format.

Our modular design approach allows each home to be tailored to different sizes and lifestyles: from ultra-compact living units to extended layouts with more room to grow. The interior, technical systems, and spatial configuration adapt to you — not the other way around.

No matter the size, every Tiny Living unit delivers the same promise: comfort, reliability, and quality without compromise — in a home that stays flexible as your life evolves.

Base trailer sizes

  • 540 × 244 cm — 13.2 m²

  • 600 × 244 cm — 14.64 m²

  • 660 × 244 cm — 16.1 m² (most popular)

  • 720 × 244 cm — 17.57 m² (most popular)

  • 780 × 244 cm — 19.03 m² (off-grid weight limits apply)

  • 840 × 244 cm — 20.5 m² (off-grid weight limits apply)

On-grid or off-grid — built to perform anywhere

Every Tiny Living home is available in both on-grid and off-grid configurations — giving you full freedom to choose where and how you want to live.

The on-grid version integrates seamlessly with existing utility networks, making it ideal for urban plots, residential developments, and serviced land. Power, water, and sewage connections are simple, fast, and fully compliant.

The off-grid version is designed for true independence. With integrated energy systems, water solutions, and waste management, it allows you to live comfortably in natural, rural, or temporary locations — without relying on external infrastructure.

A major advantage of the mobile Tiny Living format is its legal flexibility.
As a trailer-based home, it often falls into a regulatory grey zone in many countries — classified as a mobile caravan rather than permanent construction. This can significantly reduce or even eliminate the need for traditional building permits, opening access to locations where standard housing would not be possible.

Both configurations are built on the same professional platform and follow the same standards of safety, durability, and living comfort.

One home. Two living modes. Maximum freedom.

Built Like a Real Home — Not a Weekend Project

Our Tiny Living homes are not experiments.
They are designed and built by industry professionals to the same standards as serious residential construction — with the same attention to durability, safety, and long-term comfort.

We use premium-grade materials throughout the entire structure:

  • Sustainably certified Austrian construction timber C24 & GL24 for a strong, reliable frame

  • High-performance building membranes for moisture control and long-term protection

  • Natural and advanced insulation systems, including

    • timber fibre

    • sheep wool

    • mineral wool

  • Carefully selected interior finishes that combine aesthetics with durability

Every Tiny Living unit is engineered to perform in real life — across seasons, climates, and years of use.
This is not lightweight construction. This is real housing, intelligently reduced.

Tiny Living means living smaller — but building better.

Smart by Design — Intelligent by Nature

Every Tiny Living home is created in the digital world before it is built in the real one.
We design each unit using digital twin technology and advanced BIM modelling, ensuring that every detail — from structure to systems — is precise, efficient, and future-ready.

But smart design is only the beginning.

Your Tiny Living home can be equipped with a full range of IoT-enabled smart systems, turning a compact space into an intelligent living environment:

  • Climate control that warms your home before you arrive

  • Smart lighting that adapts to your mood and time of day

  • Energy monitoring for efficient, sustainable living

  • Remote access and security for peace of mind

  • Automation that makes daily routines effortless

Imagine coming back after a long day — and your home is already warm, cozy, and ready for you.

Tiny Living is not just about reducing space.
It is about upgrading the way you live — with technology that works quietly in the background, so you can enjoy comfort without complexity.

Every unit is designed as a custom solution, tailored to each client’s use case and brand — and built on our digital design and architectural system. This allows us to combine the flexibility of bespoke architecture with the speed, cost control, and reliability of industrial production.
